"Simulator" Aided Accelerated
Tablet Formulation
Development Techniques
As The Faculty of Pharmacy at NEU, we are now offering comprehensive tablet formulation and process development services to pharmaceutical industry. Our R&D Laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art instruments in this field, The most advanced tabletting equipment so called "Compaction Simulator" will reside at the Laboratory as the first such equipment from Mid-Europe to Far East.
Organizations of the training programs and symposiums for the entire Middle-East region will also be a part of our missions. The first event will be a symposium on "Simulator" Aided Accelerated Tablet Formulation Techniques which will be on May 14th 2010. This symposium will address the critical issues related to APIs, excipient selection, and formulation/process development as well as the relevant technological and regulatory concerns that may be (most likely will be) encountered during the PAT applications.
This program will thus be of greatest value to scientists that are currently involved with tablet formulation and process development, and who wish to gain a greater understanding of the key issues that are critical to the preparation of robust tablet dosage forms.
